Salon Policy

We would appreciate if you would help us -

Only arrive at your scheduled appointment time

Arrive by yourself (unless a carer is required to assist, please inform us when booking the treatment)

Due to the nature of our business and for their safety, please do not bring young children into the salon. We will try to accomodate you as best as we can around childcare

Masks are no longer mandatory however if you feel more comfortable wearing one please feel free to do so and we will do likewise.

If you feel unwell, have a cold (even at the end of a cold) of show any symptoms of Covid, please call us to reschedule your appointments.

We appreciate this may cause some inconvenience, but the health and wellbeing of everyone is paramount.
We reserve the right to refuse entry/treatments to anyone who we feel may put our staff/clients at risk.

Cancellation Policy
We would be grateful for a minimum of 24 hours notice of any changes to appointments, cancellations or resheduled appointments.
​
All appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours will be subject to the 50% charge of the appointment.
​
​​
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept £50 notes.
​

Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase (excluding any Special offers or Charitable donations) These can be redeemed against treatments and products only.

Expired vouchers will still be honoured and redeemable against products in salon only
